Snow Berries

I don't actually know what these are supposed to be called, but they're kind of neat looking up close.
I'm kind of struggling right now to decide on my next photography project. The weather here has turned cold and snowy and the skies are always gray so my outdoor options seem limited. I think for the next few days I'm going to post some "outtakes" - photos that didn't quite make the cut the first time I went through things, but that I still kind of like - until I figure out just what I want to take on next. I wonder if there is such a thing as writer's block for photographers?
