I'm really amazed at the variety of insects I run across while photographing flowers. Such pleasant little surprises! I know this one isn't perfectly focused, but I liked the colors too much to pass it up.
It's hard to believe that I have now been a part of the Aminus3 community for almost 6 months (as of October 23rd). What an incredible experience this has been for me! I feel like I am really focusing on my photography in a way that has never really been possible before and I love it! I never thought I would have enough work I considered "good enough" to put out there, but I am learning that not every image has to be "perfect". I look forward to reading through your comments every day - both the praise and the suggestions for improvement - and I love that I have been introduced to a whole world full of people who are as crazy about photography as I am. Time always seems to be in such short supply that it seems the best way I can respond to most comments is by visiting your sites. Thank you all so much for your comments and for sharing your creativity and vision.

I love it! Pink flowers seem to make the best background for insects; their colors seem to jump out against it, just like here. Well done!
